BYTE TO BITE
"Byte to Bite" is a unique tech-culinary challenge event at graVITas 25 (VIT VELLORE) where technology and cooking intersect. Participants learn basics of AI Wrappers and prompt engineering, then build their own AI recipe generator. The name "Byte to Bite" is a clever pun that combines technology ("Byte") and food ("Bite") .Using this custom AI model, they create a unique dish from a mystery box of ingredients. This event tests skills ranging from programming (script) to actual cooking (skillet), blending innovation with culinary creativity in a fun and educational experience.
GRAVITAS'25
graVITas 25 is the annual techno-management festival organized by Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT). The 2025 edition took place from September 26 to 28 and featured over 200 events, including hackathons, premium competitions, workshops, and a major Career Expo. The theme for graVITas 25 was "Powering Innovation for a Sustainable Tomorrow, Shaped Today," emphasizing sustainability and innovation. The event attracted more than 40,000 participants and included highlights such as drone and laser shows, along with notable dignitaries attending as chief guests and guests of honor. It serves as a platform for showcasing technological brilliance and fostering collaboration and learning among students and professionals.
